Expanded Functions Dental Assisting (E.F.D.A.) Program

Program Requirements

Dental Assisting Certificate OR Experience

We require a copy of your most recent high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent in order to enroll in any of our programs. Additionally, E.F.D.A. prospects will need to provide proof of D.A. licensure or 2 years equivalent in experience.

U.S. Government Issued Photo I.D.

Must be a valid and active United States government issued I.D. (Passport, Driver's License, Non-Driver Photo I.D., U.S. Passport Card, etc...)

We require a copy of your most recent vaccination records. Your records must include the following: Hepatitis B, Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis (TDP), Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR) as well as a TB test.

No. We offer flexible payment options so you don’t have to pay the full tuition upfront. Students typically start with a deposit and then make weekly payments during the program. Any remaining balance is handled after graduation. Our admissions team will walk you through the options and help you choose what works best for you.

Is everything included in the tuition costs?

Yes! We only require the students to provide their own scrubs, we got everything else covered!
